Sa Sa International Holdings Limited ("Sa Sa" or "the Group") is a leading cosmetics retailing group in Asia. Listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) in 1997 (Stock Code: 178). Its over 150 retail stores and counters in Asia sell more than 400 brands of skincare, fragrance, make-up and hair care products including own-brands and other exclusive international brands. The Sa Sa Group employs over 2,500 staff in six markets across the region, covering Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.
Established in 1978, Sa Sa has grown from a 40 sq. ft. retail space to become today’s regional "beauty" enterprise and is now the largest cosmetics speciality store chain in Asia and one of the top five retail groups in Hong Kong, according to the ‘Retail Asia-Pacific Top 500′ rankings of Retail Asia magazine, KPMG and Euromonitor in 2008. As one of the largest sole agents in cosmetics in Hong Kong, Sa Sa represents over 100 international beauty brands in Asia.
Sa Sa prospers on its successful and proven "one-stop cosmetics specialty store" concept, offering customers with a wide range of quality products. Its e-commerce arm, Sasa.com, provides online shopping service to customers as well as a strong marketing tool for the Group. Its vision is to become the dominant cosmetics retailing group in Asia.
The Group sells over 400 brands, covering over 15,000 cosmetics make-up, fragrances, skin care and hair care products under international brands including exclusive labels and own-brands. Its retail network currently comprises an extensive regional network of over 120 Sa Sa Cosmetics stores in Asia, a La Colline specialty store, an Elizabeth Arden counter and Suisse Programme counters. Our e-business platform, Sasa.com, also offers round-the-clock e-tailing with comprehensive product and corporate information.
In addition to selling its own-brand products, the Group also operates as the sole agent for many international cosmetics brands in Asia. Sa Sa is today one of the largest sole agents in cosmetics in Hong Kong, with services that include brand management, marketing, sales and distribution. Sa Sa has been appointed by a leading global prestige brand, Elizabeth Arden, as its sole agent in Hong Kong and Macau since October 2002. The Group currently manages over 100 exclusive international beauty brands including La Colline, Suisse Programme, Methode Swiss, Bergman, Nuxe, Caudalie, Ferre, Pal Zileri etc. This business accounts for over 38% of Sa Sa total retail turnover.

除銷售專有品牌產品外,集團亦為多個國際化粧品品牌的亞洲區獨家代理商。莎莎現為香港最大的化粧品代理商之一,負責獨家代理品牌的品牌管理、推廣、及分銷工作。莎莎自二零零二年十月起獲國際知名的化粧品牌Elizabeth Arden 伊莉莎伯雅頓委任為港澳區的獨家代理。集團現獨家代理逾一百個主要美容品牌,包括La Colline, Suisse Programme, Methode Swiss, Bergman, Nuxe, Caudalie, Ferre及Pal Zileri 等。此項業務佔莎莎總零售營業額逾百分之三十八。
